Gamma Meditation

I would like to share a very useful tool to include in your personal practices.
Gamma Meditation is a circuit of 13 breaths. The sequence has to be fluid and without pauses. The deeper the breaths, the more benefits will be obtained. This type of breathing can be done as many times as you want during the day, at any time and anywhere, in any position, whether lying, sitting, or standing. Everyone can do this conscious breathing: children, adults, older adults, even pregnant women, without having any problems. Gama breathing contributes to the activation of our light body, hence the importance of being constant in training with this technique.

The goal is to convert brain states into gamma waves, and use them as fuel to continue evolving to higher frequency states of consciousness.

Practice of the Conscious Breathing Technique

You can do it with your eyes closed or eyes open. Breathe as deeply as possible, following the instructions you will hear on the video.
The first word you will hear indicates where to inhale through, and the second, where to exhale through. When you finish the instructions, breathe normally.
I hope it helps you to uplift your days and to improve the quality of your practices!
